Refund Policy

Version 1.0 — Effective 28 May 2026. See also: Terms of Sale.

1. Your statutory rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, software you buy must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If a plugin does not meet those standards you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement. This policy supplements those statutory rights — it does not replace them.

2. Cancellation right and the waiver

See Terms of Sale §6. Starting the download of a plugin waives the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, where that waiver has been recorded at checkout.

3. When we will refund

  • The plugin is faulty, not as described, or fails to perform a documented function and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time.
  • You cancel before starting the download — that is, no download has been initiated against your order token.
  • You report a duplicate or accidental purchase within 14 days and our records show the download has not been initiated.

4. When we will not refund

  • Change of mind after the download has begun (the waiver in Terms §6 applies, where it has been recorded at checkout).
  • Failure of your environment to meet clearly stated system requirements that were available before purchase.
  • Misuse or unauthorised modification of the plugin.

5. How to request a refund

Email ari@pushingsquares.com with the order reference and a short reason. We aim to acknowledge within 5 working days and to confirm a decision within 14 days.

6. Method of refund

Approved refunds are issued by Stripe to the original payment method. The refund typically reaches your account within 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card issuer.

7. Changes to this policy

Material changes will be communicated by a banner at the top of this page for 30 days.
