Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
These terms are issued by Ari Leavesley, trading as Pushing Squares, a UK sole trader. Full service-provider information is in our Legal Notice.
2. What you are buying
When you buy a Pushing Squares plugin, you receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the named plugin on machines you own or control. No source code is provided. The licence does not include the right to resell, sublicense, or distribute the plugin to others.
3. Price and VAT
Prices are shown in the currency presented at checkout. Pushing Squares is a UK sole trader below the VAT registration threshold; no VAT is charged. If that changes in the future, this clause and the prices will be updated and dated.
4. Payment
Payment is collected by Stripe-hosted Checkout. Pushing Squares does not store card details. Stripe’s own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment step.
5. Delivery
On successful payment, a download link is issued immediately to the email address on file. If the link fails to arrive within 30 minutes, email ari@pushingsquares.com with the order reference.
6. Cancellation right and waiver
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 you ordinarily have a 14-day right to cancel digital purchases. By starting the download of the plugin you expressly consent to performance beginning during the cancellation period and you acknowledge that you thereby lose your right to cancel. We will record this acknowledgement at checkout.
7. Statutory rights preserved
Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected. The plugin must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. Where it is not, you are entitled to a refund, repair, or replacement as set out in our Refund Policy.
8. Acceptable use
- No resale, sublicensing, or redistribution of the plugin or its files.
- No reverse engineering beyond acts permitted by the UK Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 (decompilation for interoperability and related lawful purposes).
- No use of the plugin to build a directly competing product.
- No removal or alteration of copyright or attribution notices contained in the plugin.
9. Liability
Pushing Squares’ total aggregate liability arising from or in connection with a purchase is limited to the price paid for the affected plugin, except for liability that cannot be limited by law (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, and your statutory consumer rights).
10. Governing law and venue
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
The version and effective date at the top of this page reflect the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by a banner at the top of this page for 30 days.
